1. 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, most tickets for flights to, from, or within the United States may be canceled within 24 hours of booking without penalty, provided the booking was made at least seven days before the scheduled departure. 2. Cancellations After 24 Hours
Cancellations made after the 24-hour risk-free window are subject to the fare rules of the airline that issued your ticket. These rules vary and typically fall into three categories:

The majority of discounted economy fares are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, you generally forfeit the fare. However, some airlines offer a travel credit (minus a cancellation fee) that can be applied to a future booking within a specified time frame.
2.2 Partially Refundable Tickets
Some fares allow a partial refund after deducting an airline cancellation fee. The fee amount and refund calculation are determined by the specific fare rules.
2.3 Fully Refundable Tickets
Premium and flexible fares are typically fully refundable. You will receive a full refund of the airline portion of the fare. Flaxi Flights service fees remain non-refundable.
3. Flaxi Flights Service Fees
Any service fee charged by Flaxi Flights at the time of booking is non-refundable once the ticket has been issued. This fee covers the time, expertise, and operational costs of researching, booking, and supporting your reservation. Any additional handling fee we apply for processing a cancellation will also be disclosed before being charged.
4. How to Cancel a Booking

- Travel credits: If the airline issues a travel credit in place of a cash refund, we will share the credit details and redemption instructions as soon as the airline confirms them.
6. Schedule Changes and Cancellations by the Airline
If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to a refund or alternative travel arrangement as per the airline's policy. Flaxi Flights will work with you and the airline to identify the best solution. Please note that flight disruptions caused by weather or other extraordinary events may limit the options available.
7. No-Shows
If you fail to check in for your flight and do not contact us or the airline before departure, your ticket will generally be marked as a "no-show" and will have no residual value. Refunds are not available for no-shows on most fare types.
8. Involuntary Refunds
In rare circumstances where a refund is required by law or due to events outside our control (for example, an airline ceasing operations), we will facilitate the refund process to the fullest extent possible. However, Flaxi Flights cannot guarantee recovery of funds already paid to an airline that becomes insolvent.
