3. Bookings and Reservations
3.1 Fare Quotes
All fares quoted are subject to change until the ticket is issued. A quote does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability and pricing are controlled by airlines and GDS systems and can change at any time.
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after we receive full payment and issue a ticket with a valid airline confirmation number. You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket is issued. Please verify all details immediately upon receipt.
3.3 Service Fees
Flaxi Flights may charge a service fee in addition to the airline's published fare. This fee compensates us for the expertise, time, and resources used to research, book, and support your reservation. All applicable service fees will be disclosed to you before payment. Service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.
3.4 Payment
Payment for tickets and service fees is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged immediately upon authorization. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed total amount.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for providing accurate passenger information, including legal names matching travel documents, date of birth, passport numbers, and contact details. Any errors may result in denied boarding and significant fees from the airline. Flaxi Flights is not responsible for expenses resulting from incorrect information provided by the traveler.
5. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other travel documents required for your itinerary. Flaxi Flights is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or any costs arising from insufficient or invalid travel documents. We recommend verifying entry requirements with the embassy or consulate of your destination country.
6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, change, and refund policies are set by the airline that issued your ticket and by the fare rules applicable to your booking. 7. Airline Policies

8. Schedule Changes and Cancellations by Airlines
Airlines may change schedules, delay, or cancel flights for operational, weather, or other reasons beyond our control. Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
